We will be attending the Anzac Day Parade in Leighterton.  We form up in the Primary School about 14.00 to march down for the Service at 15.00.  We will RV at Hardwicke RBL at 11.00 for a gentle ride up to Leighterton where you can purchase light refreshments if you wish.

This will be our first time attending this show, which we believe is a friendly show with something for everyone with stunning views.

Families and their four-legged friends will be flocking to Cirencester Park this summer to enjoy shopping, country pursuits, tasty treats, and much more at the Cotswold Show and Food Festival 2020

31st July – 2nd August 2020 will see the Stroud Vintage Transport & Engine Club (SVTEC) stage the Annual Gloucestershire Vintage and Country Extravaganza at South Cerney Airfield in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

The show is widely regarded as one of the biggest and best Steam, Vintage and Countryside events in the UK and attracts thousands of exhibitors and visitors from across the country whilst actively raising thousands of pounds for both national and regional charities.

The Riders will be assisting Gloucestershire County at this event.

Held in 30 acres of beautiful parkland of Frampton Court Estate, this is one of the last truly traditional country fairs.
Join us in celebrating all that is great about the countryside and the people who work and live in it.

Over 400 trade stands, three display rings so much to see and do.

Royal British Legion RIDERS Branch Inaugural Meeting At Cheltenham Branch, St. Anne’s Road Cheltenham, Glos. on 27th November 2004

In July 2004 a meeting took place at The Royal British Legion Village to discuss the possibility of an ex-services motorcycle club becoming an official branch of the RBL.

Circumstances took over and this idea was discarded but not forgotten. In late August, Paul Pollard and Graham Barber decided to resurrect the idea and approached some of those who were at the first meeting. The Legion was contacted again with a clear way ahead and an informal meeting was set up in November at RBL Cheltenham where the 14 original members met to discuss how to proceed and to form a committee, 12 volunteered for the first Riders Committee. It was at this meeting that we formally decided on our name and an adapted set of Branch Byelaws. At the end of this informal meeting, the official inaugural meeting took place and ‘The Riders’ were officially formed.
